Abstract
Á¤ºÎÀÇ ÀúÃâ»ê, °í·É»çȸ ±âº» °èȹ(»õ·Î¸¶Áö Ç÷£)ÀÌ ¹ßÇ¥µÇ°í, Àα¸ °¨¼Ò ¾ïÁ¦ ¹× Ãâ»êÀå·Á Á¤Ã¥ÀÌ ½Ç½ÃµÇ¸é¼, ÃÖ±Ù °áÈ¥, Ãâ»ê¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °ü½ÉÀÌ ³ô¾ÆÁ³°í, ¿©¼ºÀÇ °áÈ¥ ½Ã±â°¡ ´Ê¾îÁö°í °í·É ÃÊ»ê¸ð°¡ Áõ°¡ÇÏ¸é¼ »êÀü ±âÇü¾Æ °Ë»ç ´ë»óÀÚ¿Í Àü¹®Àû »êÀü °ü¸® ¼ºñ½º ¿ä±¸°¡ ´õ¿í ´Ã¾î³¯ Àü¸ÁÀÌ´Ù. ÇöÀç À̼º°ú ±³Á¦¸¦ ÇÏ´Â °æ¿ì, 3³âÁ¦ º¸´Ù´Â 4³âÁ¦ °£È£ ´ëÇлýÀÌ ³«Å¿¡ ´ëÇØ Á» ´õ Çã¿ëÀûÀ̾ú´Ù. ÀÚ¾Æ ¼ºÃë ȤÀº »çȸÀû ¼º°øÀ» À§ÇØ °áÈ¥ ½Ã±â¸¦ ´ÊÃâ Àǻ簡 ³ôÀ»¼ö·Ï ³«Å¿¡ ´ëÇØ Çã¿ëÀûÀ̾úÀ¸¸ç °áÈ¥ ÈÄ ÀÓ½ÅÀ¸·Î ÀÎÇÑ »çȸÀû È°µ¿¿¡ °¡ÇØÁö´Â ºÎ´ãÀÌ Å¬¼ö·Ï ³«Å¸¦ Âù¼ºÇÏ´Â °æÇâÀ» º¸¿´´Ù. ¹Ý¸é¿¡ ¹®Á¦ ÀÖ´Â ÀÓ½ÅÀÌ¶óµµ Ãâ»êÇÒ ÀÇÁö°¡ ³ôÀº °æ¿ì¿¡´Â ³«Å¸¦ ¹Ý´ëÇÏ´Â °æÇâÀ» º¸¿´´Ù. ÀÌ¿Í °°Àº °á°ú´Â Àü¹®Á÷ ¿©¼ºÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÏ´Â Çö´ë »çȸ ÀÓ»êºÎ°¡ ´ÊÀº °áÈ¥°ú ÀӽŠÈÄ ¾î·Æ°Ô °èȹÇÑ ÀÓ½ÅÀϼö·Ï ³«Å¸¦ °ÅºÎÇÒ °æÇâÀÌ ³ôÀ½À» º¸¿©ÁÖ¾ú´Ù.
Purpose: There recurred controversies related to legal allowance of abortion since newly advancing prenatal genetic testing technology. This survey was aimed to identify the attitudes toward marriage, and pregnancy (AMP) and terminating pregnancy (ATP) among Korean nursing students.
Method: A descriptive study was performed from October to November 2012 in South Korea. 424 nursing students responded to two types of tools developed by authors. Questionnaire for ATP is consisted of 10 items with 5-points Likert Scale. Questionnaire for AMP is 12 items containing 5 categories.
Results: Mean score of ATP was 36.90. Students that are enrolled in bachelor degree had a significant higher ATP. Students who are currently dating with an opposite gender showed much higher level of ATP than those are not. Lower group of delayed the time of getting marriage and pregnancy showed highest score of ATP, significantly.
Conclusion: Individual factor must be primarily considered when assessing ATP of nursing students, for example current relationship with opposite gender and educational background, attitude toward marriage and pregnancy. Further studies are needed to identify personal factors of the young adults affecting on the ATP.
